For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened baby monitors, feeding products, or personal care items) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit/debit card).
