At Mama&Babe, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened baby monitors, feeding products, or personal care items) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit/debit card).

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange your product, contact us at Mamaandbabe@gmail.com with your order number and details.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

    1. Recheck your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card or payment provider (it may take time before a refund is officially posted).
